This Internet Web-site (“Site”) is maintained for your personal entertainment, information, education and communication. Please be aware that by accessing and browsing the Site, you accept, without limitation or qualification, the Terms and Conditions (as may be varied from time to time) and you acknowledge that any other agreements you may have had with us regarding this subject matter are superseded.

Nothing contained on the Site shall be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel or otherwise, any license or right to use any trademark displayed on the Site without the written permission of the trademark owner. Your use of the trademarks displayed on the Site, or any other content on the Site, except as provided in these Terms and Conditions, is strictly prohibited. Regardless of whether or not we permit your use of any material on this Site, we provide no warranty or representation that such use will not infringe the rights of third parties and accept no liability in respect of such use.
 
As a service to our end-user customers, we may provide software driver and BIOS files for downloading from this Site, for personal use only. Express permission is granted to customers to download and install those materials on Panasonic products, or on equipment connected to Panasonic products, subject to the licence terms notified at the point of download, for the purpose of maintaining or upgrading normal operation of Panasonic products, provided the materials are not modified and that all copyright and other proprietary notices contained in those materials are retained. For these purposes only, the scope of personal use is extended to include those persons involved in set-up, configuring and systems integration, on behalf of an end-user customer of Panasonic. Any other use of those materials is prohibited.
 
Some software files downloadable from the Site may be the property of other parties, and when applicable, those files will be identified accordingly. We make these files available as a service to our end-user customers only, this does not grant any proprietary right or license to use those files. Any license or right to use is given only by the owner(s) or vendor(s) of those files. Any person who copies or otherwise uses any of those files is personally responsible for complying with the terms and conditions of use, copyright and Trademarks which may be established by the owner(s)/vendor(s).
 
 
2.         to acknowledge and accept any risk arising from your use of and browsing on the Site.
 
Neither we nor any other party involved in creating, producing or delivering the Site accept any responsibility or liability (including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages), which you acknowledge and accept, for any damage you may incur, including viruses that may infect your computer equipment or other property, as a result of your access to, use of (including downloading of any material, software, data, text, images, video or audio), or browsing in the Site. The Site and everything on the Site is provided to you "as is" and “as available” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and/or non-infringement.
 
 
3.         to all material received from you being subject to our Privacy Policy[*] (if it is personal information) and all other information being treated as non-proprietary and non-confidential.
 
When you communicate with us or transmit any information or material to the Site by electronic mail or otherwise, including any data, photographs, videos, questions, comments, suggestions, or the like, you agree that any such communication and/or transmission –
 
a)         can be used subject to our privacy policy if the information is personal information, and all other information can be used by us (or our affiliates) for any purpose, including, but not limited to, reproduction, disclosure, transmission, publication, broadcast and posting; and
 
 b)        we are authorised to use any idea, concept, know-how or techniques contained in any communication you send to the Site for any purpose whatsoever including, but not limited to, developing, manufacturing and marketing products using such information, without any acknowledgement or obligation or compensation to you.
 
 
4.        to accept any risk arising from any Linked or Third Party Sites.
 
We are not responsible for the content of any other sites linked to or from the Site (“third-party sites”). These third-party sites have been developed and are operated by parties other than Panasonic. We are not acting as a publisher or disseminator of the material contained on other sites, have no control over such sites and assume no responsibility for material created or published by such third-party sites.
 
A link to a third-party site does not imply that we endorse the site, the services or products supplied through or by the site owner. We do not guarantee or make any representation as to the sufficiency, accuracy or completeness of the content or privacy policy of any third-party site to which you may have linked from this Site. Third-party sites may send their own cookies to users, or otherwise collect data or solicit personal information and you are responsible for checking the third party site to locate and review its terms and conditions and privacy policy and acknowledge that you link and/or book mark to third-party sites at your own risk.
 
 
5.         to indemnify Panasonic in respect of your actions and you undertake:
 
a)         that in submitting material to Panasonic, for example, in entering a competition or promotion, by e-mail or otherwise, the material will be true and correct and will not contain any item that is unlawful, immoral, offensive or otherwise unfit for publication;
 
b)         to use reasonable efforts to scan and remove any viruses or other contaminating or destructive features before submitting any material;
 
c)         that you own the material and/or have unlimited right to provide it to Panasonic and Panasonic may use and publish the material free of charge and/or incorporate it or any concepts described in it in Panasonic’s products, services, publications or promotional purposes without accountability or liability to you; and
 
d)         not to take any action against Panasonic or any of its directors, servants or agents in relation to material that you submit and you agree to indemnify Panasonic, its directors, servants and agents if any third-party takes action or threatens to take action against Panasonic, its directors, servants or agents, in relation to the material you submit.
 
 
6.        to accept legal jurisdiction.
 
You agree that all matters relating to this site, regardless of where you may be located,  are governed by the rules and regulations of the Jebel Ali Free Zone Authority, Dubai in the United Arab Emirates (“JAFZA”), or where otherwise applicable, the substantive laws of United Arab Emirates will govern the interpretation, effect or otherwise of these Terms and Conditions.
 
 
7.         that we are at liberty to review these Terms and Conditions From time to time.
 
Panasonic may at any time revise these Terms and Conditions by updating this posting. You agree to be bound by any such revisions. You should periodically visit this page to review the then-currentTerms and Conditions to which you are bound.
 
 
8.         to accept that Panasonic will not be held responsible for the accuracy, or otherwise, of any information on the Site.
