Panasonic Marketing Middle East FZE (Panasonic) is committed to protecting your privacy and the following sets out our policy in respect of privacy:
What Information will we collect?
Panasonic collects personal information (personal information is information about you that is personally identifiable like your name, address, email address, or phone number and that is not otherwise publicly available) when you register with Panasonic, when you use Panasonic products or services, when you visit Panasonic web pages and when you enter promotions or competitions and we may ask for information such as your name, email address, birth date, gender, occupation, industry, and personal interests and other information about you.

How do we treat your information?

4) Promotions or competitions jointly hosted or sponsored by Panasonic and another company may mean that some or all of the data collected during a promotion may be shared with the sponsor(s) or companies indicated on the entry form.
5) Any other lawful purpose consented to you in respect of your use of our website or entry into a competition or promotion such but not limited to publication of lucky winners.
We may use non-personal information and/or anonymous information for research purposes for both internal and external clients.
Can you opt out of receiving information from us?
Panasonic accepts your right to opt out of any consumer research or marketing that Panasonic has/is conducting at any time and our communications with you will have instructions on how you may unsubscribe or opt out.
New categories of marketing communications may be added from time to time and users who visit this page can opt out of receiving future marketing communications from these new categories or they can unsubscribe by following instructions contained in the messages they receive.
What other information is important for you about our Privacy Policy?
When you participate in a Panasonic-sponsored or hosted promotions or competitions you are subject the Official Rules and Terms and Conditions of that promotion or competition.
This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that Panasonic does not own or control or to people that Panasonic does not employ or manage and affiliated companies may have their own privacy statements which can be viewed by clicking on the relative links.
Panasonic may update this Privacy Policy and we will endeavour to notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your Panasonic account or by placing a prominent notice on our site.
